At Grozery, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only for items that are:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Expired or defective at the time of delivery
  • Delivered incorrectly (wrong item)

2. Return Request Window

You must initiate a return request within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this time frame will not be eligible.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used food products
  • Items without original packaging
  • Personal care or hygiene items

4. How to Request a Return

Please email us at support@grozery.store with your order ID, reason for return, and supporting images (if applicable).

5. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as Grozery wallet credits
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may receive a UPI refund or bank transfer
